If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password securely. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our support team for help.
If you’re not receiving the SMS verification code, please make sure your phone number is entered correctly and your device has good network coverage. Sometimes, messages can be delayed by your mobile service provider. If the issue continues, try restarting your phone or requesting the code again after a few minutes. You can also choose to receive the code via email if available, or contact our support team for assistance.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please note that weekends, holidays, or unexpected courier delays may affect delivery times.
To register an account, click on the “Sign Up” or “Register” button on our website. Fill in your basic information such as your name, email address, and password, then click “Create Account.” You’ll receive a confirmation email—just follow the link inside to verify your account and start shopping with us.
If your account was deactivated, it may be due to inactivity, security concerns, or a policy violation. To reactivate it, please contact our customer support team through the “Contact Us” page or email us directly with your registered account details. We’ll review your case and help you restore access as soon as possible.
To add an inspection service to your Trade Assurance order, go to the order details page and look for the “Add Inspection Service” option before making your payment. Select your preferred inspection provider, review the service details, and confirm the addition. If you’ve already placed the order, you can still contact the supplier or our support team to request that the inspection service be included before shipment.
